When did the feminine get separated from leadership?

Somewhere along the way we were handed a version of power that only works if you perform it. That it means exerting control and force over others. That power lives in the loudest voice in the room. That you fake it until you make it. The feminine, meanwhile, was handed back to us with Her leadership removed. Along with much else. Soft. Receptive. Waiting to be chosen.

Both are distortions. Both are recent.

The essence of true leadership is not a technique you acquire or a confidence you manufacture. It is the wisdom you walk with. Wisdom retrieved in the darkness of the womb, inside the liminal space of ceremony, and across thresholds through rites of passage – in the dimensions of our world that have always been held by the sacred feminine. It is the nakedness of living your truth. 

Power is wisdom.

And wisdom has become a rare thing. We are not short of information. We are short of feminine wisdom keepers – the emergent class of leaders this moment is asking for.

Wings presents a different way of learning, drawn from my own passage through Ivy League medical training, shamanic initiation, indigenous cosmologies, and decades of body-based training, artistic practice, and land-based spirituality. Wings prepares feminine leaders the way it has always been done: in circle, with the protection of elders, and through direct experience with the Sacred. Wings combats cognitive overload by slow-dripping a body of work that enters through relationship, through transmission, and through your own body. It does not ask you to set down your critical thinking. It asks you to bring it.

What we are doing is remembering, reimagining, and translating ancestral feminine intelligence into tangible skillsets a modern woman can use — inside ritual, inside her career, inside her intimate bonds, inside her home, and her life. That is the essence of the sacred feminine. The sacred that lives here, in the flesh.

This program trains you to hold and lead sacred space in a multitude of formats, under the umbrella of ceremony. You become equipped through rites of passage, specialized training, and mentorship.

It is your voice that will guide the boardroom, the bedroom, and the sacred circle. It is your relationship to your womb that will birth your own visionary creations. It is your power, rooted deep in the earth. It is wealth and legacy understood as something you steward rather than accumulate. It is wisdom arising from the depths of your own descent. And it is the capacity to tell the truth, which is the foundation of all of it.
